酴圖弝け 2025-26 Student Association Executive Council takes office

STARKVILLE, Miss.Mississippi State is announcing its Student Association Executive Council, leaders who will serve as the governing body and voice for students during the upcoming 2025-26 academic year.
Cameron Cummings, a junior software engineering major from Madison, Alabama, is SA president, and junior wildlife, fisheries and aquaculture major Karolina Heathcock of Waynesboro is vice president. 酴圖弝けs student body voted Abigail Spreen, a sophomore majoring in industrial engineering from Metairie, Louisiana, and Mary Walker Foster, a sophomore majoring in business administration from Pascagoula, as secretary and treasurer, respectively.
Junior sociology major Abby Reeves of Cushing, Texas, received an appointment as chief of staff, with sophomore and fellow sociology major Chauncey C.J. Jordan of Clinton named deputy chief of staff. Cummings completed the executive council by appointing sophomore English major Wendy Campbell of Starkville as director of programming; sophomore biochemistry major Keegan Figueroa of Mooreville as director of policy; and sophomore biochemistry major Caroline Sibley of Sumrall as director of marketing.
SA, which also consists of representatives from academic colleges and at-large members, oversees matters regarding academic policies and other areas of student concern. It also provides opportunities for students to engage in fun, imaginative, educational and entertaining events and programs at 酴圖弝け, including Cowbell Yell and Homecoming.
