Remembering the Fallen
The "Doughboy" statue stands guard over the Mississippi State campus on a summer day. Located by the northeast corner of Lee Hall, the statue is a memorial to the »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ students who gave their lives in World War I and was donated by »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ's class of 1932. In observance of Memorial Day, »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ will be closed Monday [May 28].Â
