Vigil of Remembrance
Members of the »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ community came together Wednesday [Oct. 31] in remembrance of those who died in last Saturday's [Oct. 27] shooting at a Jewish synagogue in Pittburgh, Pennsylvania. Held at the Chapel of Memories and sponsored by the »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ Student Association and Mississippi State Hillel, a Jewish student organization, the vigil included remarks from »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ President Mark E. Keenum, Vice President for Student Affairs Regina Hyatt, Student Association President Mayah Emerson, Hillel President Tyler Daniel, as well as area religious leaders.
