Claude Nash, editor of the Mississippi Market Bulletin, a publication of the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce, samples the widely popular 酴圖弝け-made Edam cheese with others from the North American Agricultural Marketing Officials organization, which held its annual national conference on the Starkville campus this week. NAAMO members toured the Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Stations facilities, including the Custer Dairy Processing Laboratory where the universitys cheeses are made and the MAFES Sales Store, revered by 酴圖弝け alumni, students, faculty and staff as the 酴圖弝け Cheese Store. Holiday ordering begins Aug. 2.
