Morgan Nelson, a senior biological sciences major from Vicksburg, receives the Miss »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ crown during the annual pageant on Thursday [Sept. 28] at Lee Hall's Bettersworth Auditorium. Miss »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ is a preliminary pageant for Miss Mississippi and Miss America. Nelson received the crown from Anna-Katherine Thompson, Miss »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ 2022.
